About Us

November 2023

If there is one word to describe this year’s Village Noël, it would be “magical.” The new strips of lights and the snow covering the ground made the site, all that much more mystical. The school day was particularly a success, which we will never forget. The laughter and smiles of children cannot be forgotten. The biggest challenge of this edition comes down to the cold northern winds, which made some merchants run after their things. The wind also enjoyed putting out the fires, which caused us to close a bit earlier. However, hats off to the volunteers and vendors who adjusted their setup accordingly to the weather. It is indeed another year to remember, a year from which the organizers emerge even more inspired.

November 2022

This year was the first year on the grounds of the Autumn Fair, so we faced new challenges, but also new opportunities! The muddy grounds had a real feel of New France, which provided a wonderful contrast with the bright costumes and beautifully decorated kiosks. Around 10,000 people came to enjoy the concerts, games and creations from our vendors.

November 2019

Despite a small storm the first evening, the 2019 Christmas Village was a great success. Activities such as sawing logs, making bark canoes, throwing the cake, throwing the ax, and exhibitions of 'artists and craftsmen have distinguished this edition.

November 2017

The 2017 edition was simply magical. We welcomed new exhibitors, new visitors and, above all, new memories to last forever.

November 2018

We may not have had snow at Village Noel 2018, but we had a great time.

November 2014
The first edition of the Témiskaming Christmas Village took place in November 2014 thanks to the support of FedNor, Canadian Heritage and Celebrate Ontario and numerous local and regional sponsors. Added to this are 170 local artists, artisans and producers who promote their work and products.
